No referral is needed for a GP consultation. You can book directly online. A referral may be required for specialist services or certain pathology investigations — your GP will arrange these during your appointment if needed.

Standard GP appointments are 30 minutes. If you have multiple concerns or a complex history, we recommend booking a long consultation (45–60 minutes) — select this option when booking online. We would rather you have time to cover everything than rush you out the door.
Yes. We can request your medical records from your previous GP practice with your written consent. We also access My Health Record, which allows us to view relevant history, previous pathology and medications from the outset.
